Please help me understand why you do not shop in the US anymore. My boss is going to be very distressed to learn that you want to cancel. I need to be able to explain why you do not need your extended family at MyUS.com anymore.
I see that you are not planning to ship from the US. If the shipping rate was lower would that help you to continue shipping?
If you had a free membership for another year, would you consider staying? This way if you do in fact need us this year you will not have to rejoin.
