本当にパッケージの表示と中身が違っており、こちらも唖然としていたのですが、
信用してもらえずとても残念です。
これは、メーカーの梱包ミスということなんですね。
御社では出荷前に箱の中は確認しないのですか？
今回は、返品交換をお願いします。ですので、返品許可番号をお知らせください。
今後はこういうことが起こらないよう必ず事前チェックをお願いします。
