We use Paypal for our payment gateway. Paypal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery Card. We also support Alipay and Unionpay for our China customers. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. For our customers located in Hong Kong, we may accept Cash on Delivery, but these are special cases so please contact us.
We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders within Hong Kong. All orders are processed within 48 hours and is delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we could not find a courier service that delivers to Discovery Bay and Lantau Island. If anyone can recommend a courier service that does deliver to those areas, please refer them to us!

For international purchases, we ship via Hong Kong Post Speedpost. It usually takes 2 – 10 days to deliver depending on your location. All deliveries will be able to track through Hong Kong Speedpost’s website hongkong speedpost and will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
We offer free shipping for all international purchases above USD200 (HKD 1560) and charge a flat USD 16 for all purchases below.
Please note that customs fees and taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for items are accepted for full refund or store credit. All customers who wish to return their orders should contact us at returns@G&N.com to request a return. Items MUST be received by G&N within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please note that all accessories, eyewear, swimwear and sale items are FINAL SALE.
All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. For domestic customers, you can also return your item at our showroom but please bring your receipt with you. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached.

We have Walk-in hours Thurs from 6-9 and Sat 2-5, we are also available from Mon-Fri during working hours 11am-6pm, but in case we step out for a coffee run, we suggest making an appointment or calling ahead at G&N, or email us, so we can make ourselves available to help you.
