自分の周りの環境をリセットすることがこんなに魔法のようにうまくいくなんて思わなかった。新しい環境の中では私は今までの私とは違う人間として存在することができた。前とは違うキャラクターになれた。環境が新しいから新鮮に見えたのもあるが、私自身が新しい人間になれたということに新鮮さを感じたのかもしれない。
私の周りには外国人があまりいないから、黒人と交流したことがほとんどない。私は外国人に慣れていないから初めは緊張するかもしれないが、少し話せば肌の色は全く重要ではないと確信するだろう。
I didn't think resetting the environment around me would go so well, as if like magic. In the new environment, I could live as a different person than I had been before. I could become a different character than I was before. Partly it was because the environment was new that I could see anew, but it might have been because I myself had become a new person that I could feel this newness.
Around me, there were not many foreigners, so I rarely interacted with black people. Because I am not used to foreigners, at first I might be nervous, but I believe that probably, if I talk a little with them, the colour of the skin isn't important at all.
