皆専門に強く議論もスピード感があったが、互いの自己主張が激しく議論が収束しない状態にあった。そこで相手の物事を考える視点で潤滑油と舵取りの役割を果たし、議論の方向性を示唆し続けた。無理にチームを引っ張るのでなく議論の中で個々の能力を最大限発揮するための環境作りをしました。軸となるストーリーを決めてから議論の際にはその瞬間の議論の論点は何か、またどのレベルの話をしてるのかを確認させました。議論が非常に狭いところでスタックしてしまった場合には別の視点を提供し全体感、広さを意識した
Everybody was specialized in something, and carried the discussion fast but because they argued strongly against each other, it was hard for us to conclude the discussion. So I tried to reduce the friction and be a steer person by continuously implying where the discussion should be headed. Instead of forcefully pulling the team into one direction, I created an atmosphere in which everyone can perform at his/her best. I established one storyline as an axis, and during the discussion I helped people to see the point they were debating about, and which level the debate was on. When the discussion got stacked at very narrow point, I also provided a different perspective to the team so that they could see the overall theme and the width.
