体が濡れている状態の時に、マッサージソルトを適量手に取り、マッサージする。強くこすらず、マッサージソルトをお肌の上でやさしく転がすようマッサージする。マッサージソルトで、体をマッサージした後の手を使って、お顔のマッサージをしていただいても同じ効果が得られます。マッサージが終わったら、2～3分待ち、お水やぬるま湯で洗い流す。顔・全身にお使いください。
