We will have FedEx pickup the item and we can then ship it directly to you, but as stated above, we need a contact name and phone number at your company where the box is located for FedEx to initiate a return. FedEx can then pick up the parcel and ship it back to us. It looks like PPham signed for it in Portland Oregon. If this is the contact, all we need is a telephone number and we should be all set.
Once we have this, we can then issue the call tag and once it arrives back to us, we can then ship it directly to you in Japan.
