箱にキズが無い商品に交換してもらえませんか?
梱包もキズが付かないようにお願いします。

The goods you sent have arrived, but the box is dented and scratched.
We have been planning to sell these goods as new here in Japan.
If sales are good, we are also planning on buying your goods at regular intervals.
Is it at all possible to exchange the goods for ones in which there are no scratches or other deformations on the packaging?
