犬のぬいぐるみ自体には損傷はありません。
車の模型に関しては本来車の本体に付着している部品が折れています。
いずれにしてもこれらの商品は箱・商品自体にも価値があります。
箱の損傷のみでも私に与える損害は多大です。
paypalの請求書を添付いたします。車が$292、犬が$204.49となります。
●に関しては犬のぬいぐるみのナンバーは「●」からみつからない。
また、車の模型に関してはトラッキングナンバーが販売者より提供されていない。
対処方法を教えて欲しい

About damage of items
There is no damage on dog ragdoll.
About car model, some parts supposed to be attached to the main bodyof the car are broken.
Either way, these items and even boxes are valuable.
The damage given to me is huge, even for damage on the box.
I attached the paypal invoice here. Car for $292, Dog for $204.49.
About *, from number on dog ragdoll, I cannot find any " * ".
Also regarding car model, the seller did not provide any tracking number.
Please tell me what needs to be done.
