商品の到着について確認です。先日購入した商品をUSPSでそちらに発送をしました。（トラッキングナンバー○○） USPSのWebサイトで追跡してみますと、10/12に既に到着となっていますが、そちらから到着の連絡がありません。商品がどこにいってしまったのか確認をお願いします。

I am writing to check on the status of my purchased goods. I have shipped the goods I purchased there by USPS (the tracking number ○○). The web site of USPS says it arrived on 12 October, but I haven’t received any response from you. Please check where the goods are now.

I'd like to check whether the shipped item has been received. I have sent the item that I purchased the other day to you via USPS (tracking number: ○○).
I tracked the parcel on USPS website and the status shows it already reached at your end on October 12th, however I have not heard from you about receipt. Please kindly check where the item is.
