Are you referring to the haze we described? You can absolutely return it if you feel it does not live up to our detailed description. Returned items must be in the same condition as when　they were purchased. Returns must include all original product packaging. Product packaging includes the original factory box (if originally included), packaging materials and all accessories that may have come with the item when received, such as battery, charger, cords, instructions, software, etc. If the item purchased was a New-Stock item it should also include the original warranty card which must not be filled out. If any of these requirments are not met you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

私たちが説明したもやのことについて仰っているのでしょうか？もし私たちの詳細な説明が十分でなかったと思われるのであれば、返品はもちろん可能です。返品商品は購入後と同じ状態でなければいけません。また、（もし付属していたなら）元箱などの梱包材や、バッテリー、充電器、コード、説明書、ソフトウェアなどの付属品も購入後と同じ状態である必要があります。もし購入された商品が新品であるなら、未記入の保証書も付属していなければなりません。もし上記の条件が満たされない場合、２０％の返品手数料がかかる可能性があります。
