7.2(a) AMP, at its own expense, shall have the right, but not the obligation, to resolve (i) any suspected/potential infringement and prosecute any infringement of the Licensed Materials and Other Enhancements, and/or (ii) any actual or potential claim or cause of action AMP believes it has or may have or which a third party has or may have against JX or AMP arising out of or related to the Licensed Materials or the Other Enhancements.
(b) JX, at its own expense, shall have the right, but not the obligation, to resolve (i) any suspected/potential infringement and prosecute any infringement of the JX Enhancements, and/or (ii) any actual or potential claim or cause of action JX believes it has or may have or which a third party has or may have against JX or AMP arising out of or resulting from the JX Enhancements.
7.2(a) AMPは自身の費用負担で以下のことを解決する権利を持つ（ただしこれは義務ではない）：(i)ライセンス許諾材料とその他の改良に対する侵害の疑い／可能性及びそれに対する対策；及び／又は(ii)AMPが持つと信じる又は持つ可能性がある実際のクレームやクレームの可能性や訴因、あるいはライセンス許諾材料またはその他の改良に関連して生じるJXまたはAMPに対して第三者が持ち得るクレームや訴因。
