The package that arrived to us on 2 October under tracking number 9612019806223415000014 had an item that leaked. Our warehouse team stated that the ink states it is combustible and the rollers are saturated in the fluid. There is also a leaky can of solvent in the package. Unfortunately we do not have a way of cleaning these items.

1. Ship to a US address. The cost to ship 8lbs. within the US is approximately $15.00 via FedEx Domestic Ground. Please provide the complete shipping address with telephone number if you choose this option.
2. Return to Merchant. Please contact the merchant to inquire about the return policy and procedure and to request a prepaid return shipping label. There is an additional $7 return fee per package with a label. If you cannot obtain a shipping label then we can return the items to the merchant at your expense. Please provide the name, address, and phone number of the merchant.
3. Have us discard your items at no cost to you.

２．販売者に返品する場合。販売者に連絡し、返品ポリシーについてお尋ね下さい。そして、手続きと、プリペイドの返品用配送ラベルを要求して下さい。ラベル付きの荷物は、$7の返品費がかかります。もしも配送ラベルが入手出来なかった場合は、お客様負担にて商品を返品致します。販売者の名前、住所、そして電話番号をお教え下さい。
３．我々による商品の廃棄の場合、お客様には何も負担がかかりません。
