Research leads me to believe that the service was made for the Empire Hotel and Country Club in Brunei. The hotel was commissioned by Jefri Bolkiah, the brother of the Sultan of Brunei. It is an exclusive 7 star hotel, which took over six years to build and is lavish beyond your wildest dreams.
The JP monogram itself is believed to stand for Jefri's Palace although officially it represents Jerudong Park Hotels.
