時計を買ったのですが、壊れていました。
返金してほしいと言ったところ、販売者が時計を返送すれば返金しますと言ってきました。
しかし、私が返送先の住所を教えてほしいと連絡をいれたのですが、その時から連絡を返してこなくなりました。
一週間ほど連絡もありません。
私は送料を販売者負担で返送したいと思っています。
しかし、連絡が取れないのでどうしようもありません。
とにかく返金してほしいです。
助けてください。よろしくお願いします。

The watch i bought was broken.
After i request to the seller for refund, the seller agreed to make refund after the watch is returned.
However, the seller started not to reply me after i contact him for the return address.
I have no contact for about one week.
I am intending to return the item and claim return cost to the seller.
I am having problem as I can not contact him.
I really need refund.
Please help and I appreciate your support.
