問題はBがあまり日本向けのEXPORTについて知識がなく、こちらから何度伝えてもあまり理解が得られないこと。

サンプルは一度確認してからAへ出荷する。SAMPLEのデリバリーに関してのみ、工場の担当者から直接INVOICE及びTRK情報を送ってもらう様にする。（ASIA圏の工場は時差の関係でBを通すと手続きに間に合わないため）10SSから10FWにかけて件数はだいぶ減ったので改善は見られるが現時点でも昨シーズンのSAMPLEは一部仕入れが上げられず、Aに対しても未請求のまま（Bへの支払いも出来ず）の状態となっている。
The problem is B do not have enough knowledge about export to Japan, I said so many times, but B do not have enough understanding.
I want to stop to send A directly, and the address change from A to C, and the sample send to A after a confirmation. The administrator of the factory directly send invoice and track information only the sample delivery。(Because of the time difference, the Asia area factory cannot arrive in time) We can see the improvement, the number have reduced from 10SS to 10FW, but we still could not buy the sample of the last year, we could not request the charge to A (Then the payment have not done to B).
