当店が販売する日本剃刀の柄には、通常、籐が巻いてあります。
掲載商品の中には柄に籐が巻いていない日本剃刀もありますが、
ご希望により無料で籐を巻くことが可能です。
当店の籐は、日本の伝統的な弓や楽器にも使われている
最高品質の籐を使用しています。
さらに、オプション料金70＄で、籐巻き柄に日本の伝統的な
漆を塗ることができます。
籐巻き柄に漆を塗ることによって、水分によるサビを防ぎます。
漆は乾くのが遅く、2種類の漆を重ね塗りしますので、仕上がるまで
7日から10日ほどかかります。
Rattan Handle Service
Japanese razors sold in this store, normally have rattan winded around its handle.
Razors without the rattan on its handle are also there in this publication. However, depending upon
your wish, rattan can be winded free of cost.
Rattan used in this store is of best quality, and is also used in Japanese traditional archery and musical instruments.
Furthermore, with 70$ option, Japanese traditional varnish can also be coated on the rattan winded handle.
By coating varnish on the rattan winded handle, it can be protected from the rust caused due to moisture.
Drying of varnish takes time and two types of varnish are coated. So, it takes around 7 to 10 days till final finishing.
