私は、今月１１日に現金５万円を日本の郵便局のＡＴＭから引き出しました。
しかし、未だにＣａｒｄ Ａｃｃｏｕｎｔｓに記載されていません。
何故なのですか？
カードの残高が分からないと、大変不便で困ります。
就きましては、今後ＡＴＭからの現金引き出しや残高が記録されるよう至急対処してください。お願いいたします。
On 11th this month, I withdrew 50,000 yen in cash using ATM of Japanese post office.
But it is not yet listed on my Card Account.
Why is it so?
It is very inconvenient and annoying that I cannot know the balance of my card.
Please address this issue so that withdrawal using ATM and balance will be listed ASAP. Thank you.
