The split package fee is $15 per new package created. Now that all of your packages are back and logged into your account with each item listed, you will need to inform us package by package how you would like them split. Please note that we are not able to combine items from one package with items from another package, we are only able to split out items from a certain package to create a new package in your account. Once this is done, you will be able to select each package with the item you would like to create the ship requests to each address of your choice.

包みを分割して新しいパッケージに作りかえるのには、1つにつき15ドルです。お客様の小包はすでにこちらに戻ってきており、それぞれの商品リストに記録済みです。ですのでお客様には、どのように分割をご希望であるかをお知らせしていただく必要があります。ご注意いただきたいのは、当社は1つの包みをほかから来た包みと一緒にすることはできません。できるのはお客様のアカウントにあるものをいくつか合わせて新しいパッケージに作ることだけです。これが終わりましたら、お客様には包みを選んでいただき、どちらに発送するかそれぞれのご住所を選択していただけます。
