As this was shipped via first class mail international it is not trackable according to USPS. I have opened a tracer request with USPS and should have more info by Wednesday close of business. If they are unable to locate package I will refund money on Friday. If they do have package would you like me to re-ship (via a trackable service this time)? I will be more than happy to refund your initial shipping costs. Is this agreeable? I apologise for the inconvenience.
I will have the item in hand tomorrow (8/30) apparently. I can send again with a tracking number and refund shipping upon receipt or refund your money and re-list item.
