Due to the social stigma of divorce and a strict moral sense, highly authoritarian women should be less likely to divorce than less authoritarian women if they end up in unhappy marriages. This suggests that many of them will not have good things to say about their partner, which will balance out the positive comments of authoritarian women in happy marriages. It is notable, though, that the more authoritarian women rated their husbands as particularly masculine and unloving. The former correlation makes perfect sense. Authoritarians tend to endorse traditional gender roles. For women, this means expressing a romantic interest in men who display masculine traits.
