わずか18分後にキャンセルをしたにも関わらず、すでに出荷の処理がされいるからキャンセルに応じられないというあなた方の主張には納得ができません。
ただちにキャンセル要求を承認し、返金をしていただきたい。

However, I did not want to buy that and ordered it by mistake.
Immediately afterwards on Aug. 26, 2012 23:32 (18 minutes later) I sent by email my intent to cancel.
I cannot understand how it could be that, despite canceling only 18 minutes later, you claim that the shipping has already been processed and a cancellation is not possible.
I am asking you to agree to my demand for a cancellation and give me a refund.
