１、400sham seafomについてですが、
その通りです。私が2週間前に受け取った荷物の中には下記の商品は入っていませんでした。
その時の注文番号はorder#2013659です。
前回のメールで送っていただくようにご連絡したのですが、今週の荷物にも入っていなかったので、もう一度連絡させてもらいました。
確認していただけますか？

1. Regarding 400sham seafom,
That is right. There is not the items below in the box I received 2 weeks ago.
The tracking number of that is order#2013659.
As I told you to send me by previous email but there is not in the box of this week so I told you again.
Could you check it?

What you said is correct.I did not see below items in the parcel I received 2 weeks ago.
