欠品について
先日購入したデロンギコーヒーメーカー（トラッキングナンバーXXXXXXX）ですが、昨日、転送会社から商品を受け取りました。しかし、箱の中に、descaling solution と書いた青いキャップの液体が入っていませんでした。以前、同じ商品を買ったときには入っていましたので、それがないことにすぐ気がつきました。もう１点購入したので、そちらを確認しましたが、もう１点の方には、ちゃんと入っていました。ですのでこの欠品を同じ住所に送って下さい。お願いします。
Regarding some missing items
The other day I purchased the DeLonghi Coffee Maker (Tracking Number XXXXXXX) and yesterday I received the product from the forwarding company. However, the blue cap labeled "descaling solution" didn't have any of the liquid inside. I've ordered the same product before and it was included in it last time, but because it wasn't inside this time I noticed it right away. I've purchased this same item and confirmed it before - in the previous shipment, the liquid was included properly. Because of that, please send the missing item to the same address. Thank you.
