本日商品到着しましたが、商品は、残念ながら中古品でした。
あなたの商品説明にはNEWと記載されていましたが、実際は商品の底は傷だらけで、
誰が見ても使用済の商品だとわかります。
商品画像にも底の写真はありませんでした。
私は友人へのプレゼントの為に購入しましたが、とても残念です。
新しいのを買いなおさなくてはならないので$150返金してください。
オークションで換金するにはこの額でないと売れないからです。
もしくは返品しますので、送料も含めて全額返金願います。

The item arrived today but, unfortunately, it was a second-hand item.
You wrote in your product description that it was NEW but in actuality there are a lot of scratches on the bottom and anyone who saw it would know it's a used item.
You didn't have a picture of the bottom in your product pictures.
I bought this as a present for my friend, so I'm very disappointed.
I have to re-buy a new one so refund my $150 because I can't sell this at auction and get the same amount of money back for it.
Or I will send this back to you and you will refund the total amount with the shipping included.
