本日商品到着しましたが、商品は、残念ながら中古品でした。
あなたの商品説明にはNEWと記載されていましたが、実際は商品の底は傷だらけで、
誰が見ても使用済の商品だとわかります。
商品画像にも底の写真はありませんでした。
私は友人へのプレゼントの為に購入しましたが、とても残念です。
新しいのを買いなおさなくてはならないので$150返金してください。
オークションで換金するにはこの額でないと売れないからです。
もしくは返品しますので、送料も含めて全額返金願います。

The item arrived today, but unfortunately it was a used item.
In your description is was listed NEW but the actual item was all scratched up on the bottom and anyone who see it can tell that it was used.
The picture of the listed item did not have any scratches on the bottom.
I purchased this for a gift to my friend and I am very disappointed.
I have to buy a new one to replace this, so I need $150 refunded.
This is because to get exchanged at an auction, this is the price to get this sold.
Otherwise, I can return it, so I would like to have the full amount including shipping to be refunded.
