Please follow them closely and contact me with any questions.
Also find enclosed driving directions to the office as well as hotel and other information to take into consideration when you make your travel arrangements. The consent forms are sent to you for your review. So please be sure you understand them and feel free to ask me any questions you have about them before you arrive. They must be completely initialed and signed at our office the morning of your surgery and we will not have time to go over them at that time. Please let me know where you are staying in case I need to reach you.
You should wear comfortable clothing on the day of your surgery.

You may wish to bring a sweater or slippers as it is cool in the surgery rooms. Do not wear a pull over shirt... wear a button up. If you have solid gray or salt & pepper hair you will need to dye the hair either a brown or black the day before surgery. In addition, it is very important that you eat a meal prior to your scheduled appointment and do not drink caffeinated or carbonated drinks.
During your surgery day, lunch will be provided for you. We have computers in the surgery rooms for you to access the internet, DVD's to watch, or you may bring a book to read. Just in case you want to enjoy a good time here in Atlanta this is the link to

If you are coming from out of town please make sure that I have your hotel arrangements as well as your cell phone number or a way to contact you in case of an emergency. Your appointment time is very important to you as well as to us. Please insure that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving any later than 10 minutes will result in the loss of your scheduled surgery time, your scheduled grafts could decrease and your fee will not be refunded.

we find that you have NOT shaved your beard/body hair as instructed, this could result in Dr. Cole not being able to perform the body hair procedure and a loss in that payment for the Body/beard hair grafts.
Instructions:
Beard Hair: Wet shave your beard Against the grain 1 day before the procedure date
Body Hair (Chest, legs, stomach, abdomen): Wet shave Against the grain 2 days before the procedure date
