私は、卸会社のアカウントを作成したいです。
アカウントを開設する際にResale Certificateが必要です。
それを作成する際に、ニューヨークの場合、certificate of authority numberが必要になることがわかりました。
日本に住んでいますので、現地まで出向かずに取得したいです。
設立州がニューヨークです。
ご案内頂いたURLのサービス名に"other states"とありますが、このページで取得できますか？

I would like to set up an account for a wholesale company.
In order to establish an account, a resale certificate is necessary.
For that to be set up in New York, I realize that I need a certificate of authority number.
I live in Japan, so I would like to do this without actually traveling there.
The state I would like to establish it in is New York.
At the URL which you guided me to, there is an area for "other states". Can I acquire one there?

home state をNew York に設定すると"don't register in your home state"
と表示されて先に進む事が出来ません。
仕組み自体に疎いので、もしかしたら見当違いかもしれませんが、
どのようにすれば取得出来るのか、ご案内下さい。

When I select New York as my home state, I receive a message which says, "Don't register in your home state," and am unable to advance to the next page.
As I am unfamiliar with the process, I could be doing something wrong. Please help me to acquire what I need.
