As it is impossible for us to know the tariff conditions in all countries, please indicate on your order any specific code or term which is best suited for your country.

All our beads are shipped ex-factory which means that you, the buyer, are responsible for all tariffs and local taxes. The VenetianBeadShop.com is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or value added taxes imposed by your country. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale customers WILL incur a 15% restocking charge on all returns (except for damaged items - see Bead Sizes and Variations, which must be reported immediately upon receipt). Returns must be received with fifteen (15) days - NO EXCEPTIONS. They must be packaged in the original packaging and in original condition (used items will be returned to you at your expense).
