今日届いた商品の外箱が数ヶ所破れていて中の商品が見えていました。
幸い中の商品は、無事でしたが、もう少し丈夫な外箱を使ってもらうことはできませんか？

商品の梱包状態について
商品の外箱もきれいな状態で受け取りたいので、メーカーから出荷された段ボールでの梱包の状態もしくは、ビニールに入れてもらうことはできませんか？
この注文以外にも別で５１個注文しているのですが、そちらもお願いしたいです。
The package I received today was damaged and item was partially exposed.
Fortunately, the item itself was not damaged, but I would like you to request you to use a little sturdier box since I am planning to use you as forwarding agent continuingly.
The condition of packaging
I would like to get the item with clean box. Can you ship me the box that comes from manufacturer or put the box in plastic box to protect the original packaging?
I've ordered another 51 units besides this order. So I hope you can make arrangement for those.
