マッキントッシュMA5100のアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認しました。アンプをONにすると、大きめの”ブーン”とハムノイズが出ており、非常に気になります。ヘッドフォン端子からも出ております。AUX、PHONOなど、どの端子につないでも、同じように、ハムノイズが出てしまうのです。特に、商品説明には記載はありませんでした。この現象は記載しなければならない事ではないのでしょうか？非常に困っております。ご連絡お待ちしております。
This is about the Macintosh MA5100 amps. I was on a business trip until a few days ago so yesterday and today I checked the pre-amplifiers that arrived. When I turn the amp ON a big "boom" and ham noise come out and I'm really worried about it. It also comes out from the headphone terminal. No matter if I connect it to AUX or PHONO or whatever the same ham noise comes out. This was particularly not in your product description. Isn't this phenomenon something that you should state? I'm extremely troubled by this. I will be waiting for your reply.
