その商品の接合部分（外側になる方の金具）が少し内側に変形していた為、なかなか組み立てることができず、大人3人がかりで何とか組み立てれたものの、外す時にもかなり苦労し結局内側の金具部分にも大きな傷が残ってしまいました。
これからこの商品を何度も使う予定だったので、毎回このような感じだと使用が困難だと考えられるので、外側にあたる方のアームの交換品を送ってもらいたいと思います。

The item's joints (the outer fixtures and fittings) seem to be slightly deformed, pointing slightly inward. This has made it really hard to assemble; we only just about managed it with 3 adults. We also had extreme difficulty when pulling it apart, and we ended up with big scratches on the inside of the fittings.
I had planned to use this product over and over again, but I can't imagine I'll be able to use it repeatedly in this condition. Hence, I would like to request for an exchange for a new outer arm please.

Due to the touching part(The metal facing outside) was slightly deformed to inner side, assemble\y took long and ended up assembling it with 3 adults.
Then disassembly was also not easy and i got a huge mark on the metal inside while attempting to disassemble it.
I was expecting repeating use of this item and i do not want to face such inconveniences everytime i want to use it.
Please kindly send me the replacement of the arm facing outside.
