中期経営計画期間最終年度の管理戸数は、最大57万戸とし、期中平均入居率は、85.8％を目指します。前期（2012年3月期）の期中平均入居率は前年比1.0%増加の81.2%（前年比＋1.0％）と比較しますと、3年間で4.6%、単純平均では年1.5%の改善を図る計算となります。
