Hi further to are conversation through ebay, paypal have now frozen the money you paid me. If you have the item could you let them know, if it hasn't turned up I would have refunded you today in full but as you took action against me?
I can't do this until paypal and or ebay either release your funds to me or you. I don't know how long this will take as I have never been in this situation before I'm know down a item and the money, if you check my feedback you'll see I'm an honest ebayer

but I can't pay you now because paypal have your money moreover I can't understand why you took action against me when I offered you a full refund but you have and seems now you may have to wait longer as it's out of my hands I have no control over the item and no control of the payment you made to me,
I suggest you contact ebay or paypal as regards your refund as I have given them the money you gave me or should I say they took the money out of my account,
