3. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of SAS’ invoice. Unless otherwise set forth in the LCA, all payments to SAS will be in USD. All payments are to be made in full without set off, counterclaim or demand. SAS may, from time to time, as it deems appropriate, impose credit terms, limits or conditions upon future purchases of SAS Products, Software or Training by Partner.
Exchange of Information and Confidential Information.
