A "financial statement" means a balance sheets as of the last day of the calender quarter or fiscal year, an income statement, statement of cash flows, and any related notes for the quarter and year-to-date, prepared in accordance with "GAAP", international financial representation standards, or other generally accepted accounting principles in Company's jurisdiction. Company must clearly note any departure in the quarter statements form these principles. Company's authorized officer must sign the statements as being legitimately representative of Company's books and accounts.
if reporting is required, it will be in the format that Microsoft request as set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

Bảng "báo cáo tài chính" nghĩa là một bản cân đối kế toán của ngày cuối cùng của quí hoặc năm tài chính, báo cáo doanh thu, báo cáo lưu chuyển tiền tại, và bất kì ghi chú liên quan của quí hoặc năm tính đến thời điểm hiện tại, được chuẩn bị theo chuẩn "GAAP", đại diện những tiêu chuẩn tài chính quốc tế, hoặc các nguyên tắc kế toán chung được chấp nhận trong thẩm quyền của Công ty. Công ty phải lưu ý đến bất kì vi phạm nào trong các báo cáo quí hình thành những nguyên tác này. Cán bộ có thể quyền của công ty phải ký tên vào những báo cáo để chúng trở nên hợp pháp để đại diện cho sách và tài khoản của Công ty.
