Company will decide whether or not to extend credit to its customer. company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure each Customer is credit worthy before it submits a Customer Agreement to Microsoft, such as by collecting and reviewung financial statements and credit reports. Company must periodically monitor each Customer's continued credit worthiness throughout the Customer Agreement term. A Customer's failure to pay Company will not relieve Company of its payment obligations to Microsoft.

Công ty sẽ quyết định có hay không việc gia hạn tín dụng cho khách hàng. Công ty sẽ sử dụng những nỗ lực thương mại hợp lý để chắc rằng mỗi Khách hàng sẽ được tín dụng xứng đáng trước khi gửi Thỏa thuận Khách hàng cho Microsoft, như thu thập và xem xét báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo tín dụng. Công ty phải định kỳ theo dõi tín dụng xứng đáng cho mỗi Khách hàng xuyên suốt thời hạn của Thỏa thuận Khách hàng. Khách hàng không thanh toán cho Công ty sẽ không làm giảm nghĩa vụ thanh toán của Công ty cho Microsoft.
