前回は分かりにくい英語ですみませんでした。再度問題を書きます。
私は御社からトランペットを購入しましたが、
バルブのボトムキャップが別に付属していませんでした。
私は商品情報と掲載されている写真を見て、通常のものと
重量があるものの２種類が付属していると考えていました。
しかしトランペットに最初からセットされているもの以外に
付属しているボトムキャップがありませんでした。
これは何らかのミスなのか、それとも元々付属していないものなのか
確認したいです。
I apologize for my poor English in my previous mail. I'll rephrase my question.
I bought a trumpet from your company, but the bottom valve caps were not included.
When I checked the pictures on your website, I thought that the standard and heavy bottom valve caps were to be included.
However, there were no bottom valve caps included besides those which are affixed to the trumpet.
I would like to check if they were meant to be included, or if I had misunderstood.
