School head cleared of charges

The director of the Columbus Academy in West Auckland, Katsuo Kanamori, also known as Soon Keuk Kim, has been discharged from a depositions hearing in the North Shore District Court where nine academy members face murder, assault and kidnapping charges.

Kanamori was charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice, but justices of the peace discharged him because of insufficient evidence.
