御国の(A)の雄の羽を輸入しようと考えています。
(A)はワシントン条約 附属書Ⅱに載っており輸入には輸出国の許可が必要です。
私は御国の輸出許可を下さい。
現在は御国の仕入れ先を調査している最中です。
(A)の雄の羽を輸出してくれるところを教えて下さい。 養殖でもかまいません。
他の国でも養殖などしているところがあれば教えて下さい。
下記の写真の物を輸入したいです。

Hello, my name is ＠＠＠, dealing with fishing equipment in Japan.
I want to import feathers of male (A) inhabiting in your country.
(A) is on the list of Washington Convention Appendix Ⅱ and requires an approval from the exporting country. Will you issue your approval for export from your country?
Right now I am finding someone in your country who can export the feathers.
It does not matter with me whether the feather come from a cultured bird or a wild bird.
If you know, will you let me know anyone who is culturing the bird in any country?
What I am looking for is the one shown in the photo below.
