The secret of doing anything better is to pay attention to it when you are doing it. The quality of work that comes out of a job is in direct proportion to the amount of attention given to the job. You can't do two things at once, at least not well, so focus on what you are doing, and the job will tum out better.
Stop multitasking and start maxi accomplishing. Treat each task you do as if it is the most important thing you have to do, because if you are using time management skills correctly, it will be. Poorly executed tasks have a way of coming back to you. They undercut other people's confidence in you and they undercut your own self-confidence and pride.

あらゆることを上手にこなす秘訣は、その物事に注意を払うことです。仕事の質はその仕事に当てる注意力の割合に直接関係があります。あなたは２つのことを同時にできません。少なくとも上手にはできないので、いまやっていることに集中するのです。そしたら、その仕事はもっといいものになります。
複数の仕事をするのをやめて、最大の成果がでるように努めましょう。もっともあなたがしなければいけない大事な仕事としてそれぞれのタスクをこなしましょう。なぜなら、もしあなたが正しく時間を管理しているのであれば、そのそれぞれのタスクはあなたがしなければいけない大事な仕事でしょうから。適当に済ませてしまったタスクは結局あなたに戻ってくるでしょう。その適当に済ませてしまったタスクによって、ほかの人からの信用をなくし、あなた自身の自信やプライドもなくしてしまうでしょう。
