Use the help you are given to move your life ahead and be the best you can be. But be careful to ask the right people for help. When we need help, all too often we ask whomever is convenient, rather than the person best suited to give us the help we need. Asking the wrong person for advice can create more problems than it solves. Make sure you know that the person you ask has had good expe¬riences with what you are asking and really knows the information you are seeking. Be selective in whom you ask for help.
