もう一つのお荷物は無事受け取ることができましたが、こちらの荷物に関しては
運悪く税関で止められてしまいました。
どうやら日本では、この商品は医療機器としての扱いになってしまい、
医師免許が必要なため、個人では輸入できないそうなんです。
このままだと破棄されてしまうので、税関には荷物を送り返すように言われました。
荷物を送り返すしか選択肢がありませんので、ご返金いただけますでしょうか？
また、返送費も負担していただけるのでしょうか？返金はPayPalにお願いします。
I have received another item but this one unfortunately fails to make it through customs.
Since this item seems to be considered as medical device in Japan, it can not be imported by individuals who don’t have a medical license.
Customs told me to send it back or it will be destroyed.
