この商品ですが、先週、配送業者のUPSから連絡がありました。この商品は日本に輸入出来ないので、御社に返品になると言われました。UPS側で返品の処理は全て対応すると言われました。返金の処理をお願いします。また、私が対応しなければいけない事があれば教えてください。ご返答お願いします。

I was informed from delivery company, UPS, last week. They said that the item was not allowed to import into Japan, so it would be returned to your company.
Also they said they would process and complete all necessary processes.

Speaking of this product, UPS, a delivery company, contacted me last week. They say that this product cannot be imported to Japan and have to return it to your company.
