先日商品を受け取りました。しかし、商品をチェックしたところ、まず12個注文したのに10個しか届いてませんでした。さらにその10個の内2個に引っかき傷や黒い点のような汚れ、空気の粒が入ったものがありました。そちらは写真もとりましたのでメールアドレスをご連絡いただければ添付いたします。以上についてどのような対応をしていただけるか教えてください。私としては汚れのあった2個についてはもういいので、届いていない2個だけでも送っていただければと思っています。

Please let me know how you can take care of these. I think I can give up on the two with stains, if at least you could send me the missing two items.
