先日商品を受け取りました。しかし、商品をチェックしたところ、まず12個注文したのに10個しか届いてませんでした。さらにその10個の内2個に引っかき傷や黒い点のような汚れ、空気の粒が入ったものがありました。そちらは写真もとりましたのでメールアドレスをご連絡いただければ添付いたします。以上についてどのような対応をしていただけるか教えてください。私としては汚れのあった2個についてはもういいので、届いていない2個だけでも送っていただければと思っています。

I received the items the other day, but when I checked them, I realized that I only received 10 items while I ordered 12. Also, two of the 10 items I received had scratches, some black stains and air bubbles. I took pictures of these items, so if you could provide me your email address, I will send them. Please let me know how you can take care of these. I'm fine with the two items with stains, if you could at least send me the missing two items.
