XXさんの作業日程のため、前回お話した日程から一週間遅れる事になりました。

現地調査はXXさんと私、二人で現地通訳人が同行するかはまだ未定です。
当日はニュルンベルク空港に3月7日、午後10時10分到着予定です。

First of all, I'd like to confirm our schedule for visiting.
The schedule is going to be delayed for a week because of Mr. XX's working schedule.

7日には先生の御宅に泊まり、翌日(8日)〇〇〇へ移動し一晩泊まります。
次の日(9日)午後、ニュルンベルクに戻り先生のコレクションを調査する日程になります。

先生の自宅近辺に安くてお勧めのホテルがあったら教えれください。
こちらで使用可能な宿泊費は一泊一人当たり$85程度です。
また先生の自宅の住所も教えてください。

保険評価額を頂かないと、こちらで運送費及び保険料が推定できないからです。

You allowed me to stay in your home, but since it is a nuisance to you, I am going to stay in your home only on the first day and after that stay at a hotel.
Please tell me roughly the agreed insured value of your collections.
I need it to estimate the cost of transport or insurance.
