We are transacting with each other for the first time, hence requring to build trust.
Can we start again in terms of our agreement.
If we were to get you to send the sample, it will require time.
Furthermore, $16 for shipping and $25 for transaction fee seems like a waste.
So instead of sending us the samples, could you send us a detailed photos of your product?
We can make a decision with these photos.
We will offset for the next purchase for the amount you have already paid.

Samples take time and it's a waste to spend $25 service fee for $16 shipping fee.
