It has a faceted crystal heart on the top of the slipper and the "Dreams Come True 1996" etched along the side. The official Walt Disney Classics Collection logo is etched on the bottom of the slipper. The piece was offered as a gift, won in a drawing, or as a purchase with purchase, during the Fairy Godmother event. This is rare because each dealer was offered only 10 initial pieces, with an option for 10 additional pieces. It did not come in the familiar green box or a certificate of Authenticity. The glass slipper measures 4" in length and 2 1/4" in height. IT IS FROM A GIFT SHOP THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND HAS BEEN STORED IN A BASEMENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS SO IT IS NEW.
