Some of these ideas will probably meet with resistance - from your employees, your bosses, or even yourself. Change for anyone for any reason can be stressful. So try to make changes gradually, and talk with employees about their feelings. After you implement one idea that works, you will find a more receptive audience for your future changes. And be assured that you can be a great boss without being bossy!
